In lipsa unor dovezi certe, afirmatia din titlul acestui articol ar parea cu totul incredibila. Insa in cazul la care ne referim, acesta fiind unul cat se poate de autentic, exista dovezi sigure. Acestea se pot vedea intrand pe adresa de internet http://www.omicsonline.org/scientific-reports/srep447.php La aceasta adresa, se constata cu usurinta faptul ca autorul articolului stiintific "Danciu Laws of Heredity-Four New Laws (Legile Danciu ale ereditatii-patru legi noi) are resedinta in Calarasi-cod postal 207170, judetul Dolj. Dar cine este de fapt autorul acestui articol? Se numeste Marin I. Danciu, are varsta de 72 de ani si este cunoscut in zona ca cel care a fost mult timp (27 de ani) director al intreprinderii de mecanizare SMA (Agromec) Dabuleni. Insa, cu exceptia familiei, nimeni altcineva nu a stiut ca domnul Marin I. Danciu, dupa pensionare, s-a ocupat cu studii si cercetari de genetica, genetica fiind stiinta ereditatii, adica a transmiterii caracterelor de la parinti la urmasi. In aceasta privinta, domnul Marin I. Danciu, desi are pregatire academica in cu totul alt domeniu (este inginer mecanic), a reusit sa faca ceea ce nimeni altcineva din intreaga lume nu a mai facut de aproape 150 de ani, de la Gregor Mendel si pana in zilele noastre, si anume, a descoperit si a formulat patru legi noi ale ereditatii. Publicarea acestora de catre revista stiintifica Open Access Scientific Reports - OMICS (din Statele Unite ale Americii) reprezinta deja o recunoastere a contributiei stiintifice de inalta valoare pe care domnul Marin I. Danciu a adus-o la dezvoltarea geneticii, stiinta vietii despre fenomene si procese biochimice extrem de subtile si, prin urmare, foarte dificil de descifrat. Aceste realizari de exceptie au avut darul de a-i schimba radical statutul social de inginer-pensionar obisnuit in cel de om de stiinta de talie mondiala, in domeniul deja mentionat, genetica, aceasta fiind, poate, cea mai elevata dintre toate stiintele.
Comuna Calarasi are, deci, un motiv cu totul special sa fie mandra de un astfel de cetatean, intrucat aici, in aceasta comuna, discretul om de stiinta s-a nascut, a crescut, a urmat scolile primara si gimnaziala, a desfasurat activitatea profesionala, a descoperit si a formulat legile mentionate si, tot aici, isi petrece restul vietii.
Numele lor, al comunei Calarasi si al domnului Marin I. Danciu, vor ramane inscrise pe vecie in baze de date stiintifice din intreaga lume si, gratie internetului, oameni de pe tot mapamondul le vor vedea si pronunta frecvent.

About Danciu laws of heredity-four new laws

Here's a novel approach in genetics and a giant step in the genome physiology: The true laws of heredity, Danciu laws of heredity-four new laws. These laws invalidate and change almost everything what was written so far about heredity, eliminate all errors of heredity made so far, elucidates exhaustive how the characters are transmitted from parents to descendants including most of autosomal-recessive diseases, are an indispensable tool in medical genetics research of success and in the activity of obtaining hybrids of plants and animals with high biological value,
allow understanding genotype-phenotype relationship and of genetic variation between individuals at any species, allow the identification with more accuracy of recessive genes, namely genes that can not function, though should, causing autosomal-recessive diseases, are valid 100% in all cases and all species that reproduce by gametes. The new laws reveals with clarity all the truth regarding heredity including: the genetics inheritance received of child from each parent is determined of the energy that the gametes, male and female, have at the moment of fecundation; only the sex chromosomes transmitted of father are active in the children's body, X at girls and Y at boys; at any pair of genes, if a gene has a mutation then no the healthy gene can not function; at any valid pair of hereditary factors (chromosomes, genes, nucleotide) can be chosen in the set of active factors only one factor; of all hereditary factors with rank of genes, segments of gene and nucleotide which have the same functional role and are in the set of active factors will be chosen to express only one factor; in meiosis 50%-1 sex chromosome (the inactive set of autosome chromosomes) of genome is removed, and 50%-1 sex chromosome (the active set of autosome chromosomes) equips both gamete-brothers; in the human genome is expressed maxim 25% of all genes, because only 50% are admitted in the set of active chromosomes, and of these 1/2 (25% of all) are genes dormant (at animals and plants expressing even much less of 25% of all genes); any process of after fertilization, including the configuration the set of active chromosomes, and starting and stopping of genes expression, is initiated and controlled of the systems of proteins-enzymes (mitochondrias); etc.

Biography
Marin I. Danciu was born to October 04,1941.
In 1969 graduated The Technical University Gheorghe Asachi - Faculty of Mechanical, Iasi, Romania, where he obtained degree in mechanical engineering with the note 10. Since 1969, in parallel with work in profession, made practical observations of reality to humans, plants, and animals. In 1978 he discovered the factors that determine human sex and how can be conceived children with desired sex; see www.prodanciu.ro. In 1979 was born his son, Adrian, conceived based on these discoveries. After 2001, retired, he continued his studies and research in genetics, succeeding in 2008 to discover the true laws of heredity, Danciu laws of heredity-four new laws, published 2012. See:
